One on One Lesson

Class Description: In this 4-hour, 1-on-1 private lesson you will work alongside myself. We will design and decorate a 2-tier, REAL, cake. Through your own hands-on learning you will work on the following areas:

Baking basics
Buttercream basics
Leveling and stacking -
Doweling
Smoothing buttercream
Achieving sharp edges
Applying fondant
Creating your design
Packaging and transporting your cake
